An Overview Of Our Facility.

Our advanced manufacturing facility based in Greater Noida - India, spanning 5454 square meters, adheres to European guidelines and strictly complies with regulatory standards such as EU-GMP, MHRA and PIC/S.

It features separate Beta-lactam (Cephalosporin) and Non-Betalactam sections.
Additionally, the facility boasts a dedicated R&D center and a Testing Lab to ensure the products meet the highest international quality benchmarks.
Further opportunities for growth exist through unexplored avenues, including the advancement of uncommon pharmaceuticals in the field of Gene & Cell therapy, as well as the establishment of an Oncology Block.

Our facility can handle all types of dosage forms like Un-coated Tablets, Film-coated Tablets, Dispersible Tablets, Enteric Coated Tablets, Chewable Tablets, Dry Powder Suspensions and Single-dose Sachets and Hard Gelatin Capsules.

Capability and Capacity.

The production capabilities within different blocks (single shift) are outlined as follows:

  1. General Block:

    • Annual production capacity of Tablets: 900 Million Tablets
    • Annual production capacity of Capsules: 100 Million Capsules
    • Annual production capacity of Dry Powder: 48MT
  2. Cephalosporin Block:

    • Annual production capacity of Tablets: 500 Million Tablets
    • Annual production capacity of Capsules: 60 Million Capsules
    • Annual production capacity of Dry Powder: 120MT 
These figures represent the quantity of tablets, capsules, and dry powder that each block can produce in a year.

At our facility in Greater Noida (Delhi-NCR), India, we possess the expertise and capacity to manage every aspect of our product line, spanning Manufacturing, Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance (QA), Engineering, Maintenance, Storage, and Procurement. These units are fully equipped with advanced, automated technology, specifically designed for handling state-of-the-art oral dosage products.

To ensure seamless operations, our units are equipped with dedicated HVAC systems that are seamlessly integrated with Building Management Systems (BMS) and Energy Management Systems (EMS) to effectively manage any deviations.

Our Quality Control laboratories hold certification under Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), which ensures rigorous oversight over batch release testing, all carried out by a meticulous QA team.

We remain committed day in and day out to enhancing our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, seeking continuous improvement in handling Production Planning and Materials Control (PPMC), purchasing, inventory, production, finished goods, Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance (QA), and accounting operations. This commitment extends to serving the needs of both our domestic and international clients.

Our Quality Control Laboratory.

Our Quality Control Laboratory is furnished with advanced technology necessary for carrying out top-notch research tasks, prototype development, and ensuring quality standards.

The team receives strong backing from an analytical development group dedicated to creating sensitive, precise, robust, and timely analytical methods, yielding accurate data.

Primary tasks involve formulating and validating diverse analytical tests like Assay, Content Uniformity, Dissolution, Related Substances, Residual Solvents, and internal procedures.

The ultimate goal is to establish specifications that effectively assess the desired quality characteristics.
